President’s Plate Quarter Final 1st Leg

What a fantastic result for the Hargrove B team today, fielding what was arguably a weakened squad through injuries and absence – missing the presence of team captain, Lee Buttery, Paul Coats through injury and Phil Harris through injury.

Lilleshall Hall B  2    Oswestry B  1   and Oswestry are 1 hole up.

We need to go to Oswestry on the 22nd January 2012 and get 1 1/2 points to progress to the semi finals.

Match 1:  Howard Wright & Richy Craggs won 1 up (after being 2 down with 3 to play)

Match 2:  Darren Pountney & Nick Jones won 5 up (after being 1 down at the turn)

Match 3:  Richard Farmer and Ed Smaith lost 7 down.
